Sa’auei’a Continent
The Sa’auei’a continent never produced the Airawa species and was never colonized by them before the imperial discovery era. Its dominant intelligent species, the Sa’auei’a, evolved inside migratory ecological politics rather than fixed archival dependency.
The continent remembers motion. Herds, root mats, nesting cliffs, mineral licks, fungal waystations, and seasonal bloom corridors respond to repeated generosity. A family unit that overdraws a region may survive the week and lose the decade.
Civilizational Pattern
Sa’auei’a civilization is advanced but not urban in the Airawa sense. Knowledge, law, craft, and diplomacy travel in Sa’auei’a Family Units. Permanent occupation is concentrated at Breeding Grounds, which are cared for by infants, infirm adults, rotating specialists, and ecological partners.
The result looks weak to imperial observers because it lacks obvious capitals. This is the empire being stupid in a very official font.
